Refund and cancellation policy

Complyoo is a digital subscription. Nothing is shipped physically: access starts as soon as your payment succeeds.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing hello@complyoo.com from your registered email.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Documents you generated remain yours. Download them before your access ends.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: payments are not refunded for partial months.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 7 days, yearly payments are not refunded for the unused period.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: always refunded in full once we confirm them.
